Experience That Counts As a member of the Beaubelle team, Carol is devoted to providing attentive and caring service while seeking to build a lifetime relationship with her clients. Carol's major focus is analyzing property marketing strategies and providing her clients with a well-rounded knowledge-base of invaluable insight within property design, management, and ownership.
For the past 17 years, Carol has been involved with local neighborhoods, schools, and community organizations while raising two sons who attended k-12 including Miramonte and Acalanes high schools. Carol has worked with partner/husband Dan Miskie in the design and construction management of multiple high-end custom new homes and re-models in the cities of Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Piedmont, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Sausalito and Ross.
With construction company Spirit Development, Carol worked as the sales and marketing consultant to 64 homes located in the Oakland/Montclair Hills. In addition, Carol worked with the builders and selected interior and exterior finish materials for the 64 homes. Carol's construction experience as a Realtor is invaluable and contributes to her ability to match her clients with the perfect home.
Carol has a Masters of Fine of Arts from Miami University of Ohio, and is a former professor of architecture and interior design at University of Cincinnati. Carol resides in the city of Lafayette with her husband.
